As long as you’re being divided in two, meaning you’re not able to recognize yourself in your 3d, you will suffer.
Whatever you see around are your unresolved memories reminding you of your past trauma that needs to be fixed.
I know it looks like other people are doing something to you, but it’s a part of autopilot that plays out until you see how it is you.
That’s why you need to remember at all times that you’re talking to yourself only. That’s why you need to make peace over your childhood and adulthood drama because when you do that, those stories won’t play outside of you.
You see, what’s outside of you playing on autopilot is there only because you didn’t recognize that it is your story and you didn’t make peace with it. When you make peace with it it stops playing. When you’re able to appreciate the messenger for showing you what’s unresolved within you, you’re able to love them instead of hating them.
Once you’ve done this you won’t be divided, you’ll understand perfectly how you were the source of your story, of your reflected image and you’ll be able to project the desired things only. This can’t be done as long as you deny that what you see outside of you is you.
