If you observe your 3d world, you can recognize your thought and expirience patterns manifested through other people. You can literally recognize yourself in all of it and say: “Yes, this is me!” I don’t mean yourself as your body because this is only a costume that we wear, I mean that you can recognize that your Spirit had the same expirience in some point of your life. Start recognizing yourself in other people and start knowing they are you. They are all part of the same Spirit as you are. If you can do that and love what you see unconditionally, be it a person, an event or a place, you will realize that you are omnipresent, that you are in everyone, everything and everywhere in the same time. That will put off the importance from the 3d world and will lead you to lose any desire to manifest things there. This is very crutial because if you understand this properly, you will see that you are the source of everything what is around you. From the source perspective you don’t have desires because you already know you are everything and as such everything just comes to you, while all that you’re doing is living in the present moment and expiriencing life from there.
